The Gift Factory orders are shipped via Dawn Wing Couriers.

We do not facilitate collections from our factory, unless a prior arrangement has been made with us.

Our local courier rates start at R65.00 for delivery to your door (Johannesburg, Pretoria and surrounding areas) There is not a flat rate and there is a slight increase in rates the more you order. However orders over R400.00 after applied discounts attract FREE Courier delivery to your door.

Our National courier rates start at R85.00 for delivery to your door (Rest of South Africa excluding Johannesburg, Pretoria and surrounding areas) There is not a flat rate and there is a slight increase in rates the more you order. Orders are shipped from our factory within 1 day from when your order is completed.

Please note that whilst we guarantee a high-quality standard of delivery time, unforeseen circumstances can arise and therefore the delivery dates are not always definite.

All orders are shipped economy.

A tracking reference number will be emailed to you and you are able to track the progress of your delivery via the Dawn Wing website www.dawnwing.co.za.
